Kevin S Clark, aka, “Mr. Big Mortgage” is the Founder and President of Hard Money Central. Kevin is a respected industry leader with more than 20 years of experience, and has originated billions of dollars in non-conforming commercial real estate (Hard-Money) loans. Kevin S Clark was Director of Marketing for one of the nation’s largest private commercial mortgage lending firms, from November 1988 until July 2003. In his role as Director of Marketing, he was a major force in helping the private lending firm gain national recognition as one of the country’s largest and most creative private lending sources.

Today, Kevin S Clark is Managing Director for Clark Capital Group, LLC (CCG) in Old Tappan, New Jersey. CCG is a private commercial mortgage brokerage company specializing in creative financing for non-conforming (Hard Money) commercial real estate mortgage loans. CCG funds nationally as well as internationally.

Additionally, since 2003 , Kevin S Clark has been a visiting instructor for the Dynetech Corp, a seminar company out of Orlando, FL. Kevin instructs for Dynetech's American Cash-Flow Association and the real estate guru’s, Robert Allen and Carlton Sheets programs.

In mid summer 2005, he made available his new e-book, “Kevin S Clark’s Making Money with Hard Money Commercial Mortgage Lenders, Tips & Tools for Getting Your Non-Conforming Commercial Mortgage Funded Fast”. Kevin’s Hard Money Training e-book is available at HardMoneyTraining.com; a website dedicated to training mortgage professionals who are interested in learning how to make big money in the “Hard Money” commercial mortgage business.

He has been on the panel of lenders for:

In 1995 & 2000, The National Association of Mortgage Brokers recognized Kevin S Clark for his part in developing their commercial mortgage symposium, which was created to educate members of NAMB who are interested in commercial mortgage lending.
